By accessing and using QS Assistant (www.qsassistant.com), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Membership and Access

Users must register a personal account using accurate information.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each subscription is for individual use only; login credentials must not be shared.

We may suspend or terminate accounts without refund if we suspect unauthorised sharing or misuse.

The standard subscription fee is £20 per month, with possible limited-time introductory offers.

You are responsible for maintaining your account security, including password confidentiality.

All content provided in this membership, including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, and resources, is the exclusive property of QS Assistant Ltd and is protected by copyright laws.

Restrictions on Use:

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal use only.

You may NOT:

Copy, download, screen-record, or redistribute any content.

Share login details or membership materials with non-members.

Modify, resell, or create derivative works from the content.

Legal Consequences:

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

All materials in this membership are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Unauthorised copying, sharing, or distribution will result in legal action, including takedown requests and potential claims for damages.

3. Course Content and Certification

Modules include 15-minute narrated presentations, learning documents, assessments, and recommended reading.

Each completed module provides a certificate and counts as 30 minutes of formal CPD (recognised by RICS/CIOB).

We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content at our discretion.

4. CPD and Professional Development

Completed modules count toward formal CPD requirements.

Additional resources (reading materials, webinars) offer opportunities for informal CPD.

While we align with RICS/CIOB pathways, users should confirm CPD acceptance with their accrediting body.

5. Employer Network and Career Support

With user consent, we may share anonymised learning progress with our employer partners.

Users can manage visibility preferences in their account settings.

6. Community and Webinars

Forum discussions must remain professional and respectful. We may remove offensive content.

Live webinars may be recorded and archived for later access.

7. Payments and Refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly/annually) until cancelled.

No refunds are offered for partial subscription periods or unused access.

Introductory offers (e.g., £15/month for first 50 users) are non-transferable.

Should you wish to request a refund, please contact us via the contact form and a member of our team will be in touch.

8. Cancellation and Termination

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time via their account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for breaches of these terms, including account sharing.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials are protected by copyright for personal, non-commercial use only.

Redistribution, resale, or unauthorised use of content is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

QS Assistant provides educational resources but does not guarantee:

CPD acceptance by all institutions

Accuracy of third-party content/links

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
