Our Approach

QS Assistant believes that learners should understand how technology is used in the creation and delivery of our educational content.

We are committed to being transparent about the role of artificial intelligence and digital production tools within our Platform.

How We Use AI

We may use carefully selected digital tools to assist with the presentation and accessibility of educational content.

These currently include:

Gamma, to assist with presentation layouts, graphics and visual design; and

ElevenLabs, to assist with high-quality audio narration; and

ChatGPT, to assist with drafting, editing, reviewing and refining educational materials and supporting documentation.

These technologies help us deliver engaging and accessible learning experiences.

What AI Does Not Do

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

AI does not determine our learning outcomes.

I does not determine our professional opinions.

AI does not replace subject matter expertise.

Every learning module is independently researched, authored, reviewed and approved by QS Assistant Ltd.

Our educational content reflects our own professional judgement, experience and interpretation.

Accuracy and Quality

All educational content undergoes internal review before publication.

Whilst we make every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy, users should continue to exercise professional judgement and verify important information against current legislation, recognised industry guidance and official publications where appropriate.

Your Data

QS Assistant does not use your personal information to train artificial intelligence models.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where third-party providers process personal information on our behalf, they do so only as necessary to deliver the Services and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.

Responsible Use of AI by Learners

We recognise that many learners use AI tools to support their learning.

Reasonable personal use of AI as a study aid is permitted.

However, users remain responsible for:

completing Assessments honestly;

ensuring work submitted reflects their own understanding;

complying with our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy.

You must not use QS Assistant's proprietary educational content to train, develop or improve artificial intelligence systems or commercially exploit our intellectual property.

Continuous Review

Artificial intelligence is developing rapidly.

QS Assistant will continue to review how these technologies are used to ensure they enhance learning while maintaining educational quality, transparency and integrity.

Where our use of AI changes materially, we will update this Statement accordingly.
